By now, everyone know that former First Idiot George W. Bush turned down an invitation by President Biraq Hussein Obama to speak at a Ground Zero commemoration on Cinco de Mayo, but what is less clear is why Bush refused to don his holy codpiece and hold the ceremonial bullhorn to tout his own military accomplishments.
It now appears that Bush is miffed that Obama refuses to split the $10 million bounty that Bush placed on bin Laden's head in the early days of the never-ending reelection campaign war on terror. He is particularly upset that Obama is using part of the money to establish college funds for his daughters and donating the rest to stem cell research.
